every thing in court and commerce and legislation has in fact been corporatized.
In 1801 the first organic act of washington D C was subsequently followed by another organic act of the same title for the express intent to create a corporate body of the capital.
The last state to do this I think was Hawaii in 1970.
In 1913 the federal reserve act gave printing and monitoring and rate adjusting over to the holders of the federal reserve corp , basically creating an illegal monetization for commerce in the USA.
To rectify this as per the law states became corporate entities where by the corporate representation didnt have to abide in the constitution, all offices of state were then made in corporate standing.
The social security act created the corporate representation of the person and all of the persons assets because he could not legally partake in the corporate representation according to the constitution unless he or she had a corporate identity.
Pretty much every law after 1871 that is in use today regarding these topics was expressly created to remove the eovereignty of the person and the state and the nation.
Nothing any of us do is outside of corporate legality where in we are subjects to corporate law NOT constitutional law, where Claw says we are sovereign citizens, Corp law says we are subjects of the corporation and not entitled to constitutional representation. Google belligerent claimant
What the guardians are doing
Is Simply and lawfully demanding the corporation step down and that our country men follow suit.
Most of these 20 million people have removed themselves from corporate representation and reinstated their constitutional sovereignty. Meaning there is no ruler above the person but where the person causes damage they are subject to laws.
Constitutional law states that you cannot be infringed upon for the exercise of ANY liberty unless it damages a person or a persons property or infringes on another persons freedoms. That the person is an autonomous power in as much as he or she allows another person to be.
In mass the people are the governing body as it is their will that is brought to the state level and discussed with other states and the world, that these vessels have no power either in person or in institution above the people it represents.

I will add only this, the plunder of the American people that has happened wholesale and unabated for many years will disappear. Much of the plunder has been seized by the world court and other foreign and domestic agencies. Americans are soon to be very wealthy. Many of the countries that know what we are doing are completely behind us. If we fail it will doom the whole world due to America being the world’s chief consumer and the massive amount of imports we take in.

There are some very smart, highly motivated, God-fearing, and extremely organized people leading this effort……….all of them red-blooded Americans just like you. Indiana… ‘Sovereign Citizen’ License Plate Seized by Police!

Pendleton police have seized a license plate of a so-called "sovereign citizen," a growing group of Indiana residents who claim to be outside the law.
Police said the plate was going to be placed on a vehicle by a self-proclaimed diplomat in lieu of a state-issued plate.
Members of the sovereign citizen movement contend that they no longer have to pay taxes, claiming their homes as embassies and using identification cards that show them as diplomats, 6News’ Rafael Sanchez reported.
Pendleton Police Chief Marc Farrer called such proclamations both illegitimate and illegal, and said that anyone driving with such plates will be ticketed and have their vehicle towed… the plate was turned over to the FBI.
The Secretary of State’s office said about 10 people every month ask to put a seal on a document so that they can claim freedom from taxes.
Former federal prosecutor Larry Mackey, who helped to convict Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building in 1995, said Nichols claimed he was a "sovereign citizen."
"He would carry out his beliefs by having a license plate that said UCC Chapter 9, and thereby think that he was exempt from licensing his vehicle. He would send mail with the U.S.
Flag stamp upside down to demonstrate his protest against tax laws," Mackey said. "There are people who get engaged in this warfare against the federal government … that simply are not well-adjusted."
Despite Nichols’ association with the movement, not all sovereign citizens support domestic terrorism.
I’m a Sovereign in Wisconsin state. The Police and State Troopers don’t know how to do their job. Supposedly they are to uphold the Constitution.
What they won’t tell you is that through your various contracts[birth cert., marriage cert., SSN] with the corporation known as US GOVERNMENT, you are under Maritime Jurisdiction. Sovereigns have not given away their birthright. Check the UCC Code. Sovereigns are not Federal PERSONS.

"All it’s lacking is a spark," McEntire said in the report.

Most recently, a protester against President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul plan was seen wearing a gun at a town hall in Portsmouth, New Hampshire attended by the president on Aug. 11.
The man, William Kostric was holding a sign while at the New Hampshire town hall that read "It Is Time To Water The Tree Of Liberty," invoking a phrase from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
Kostric said he participated in the protest against the proposed government health care initiative because "we’re traveling down the road at breakneck speed that’s toward tyranny away from liberty. And that has much to do with excessive taxation."
Kostric was within his rights, according to CBS News. New Hampshire state law is clear about citizens’ rights to carry firearms in public, reports CBS News’ Ryan Smith. No license is needed to carrying a pistol or revolver in the open; carrying a concealed weapon requires a license from the state or local police.
Last October, someone from the Ohio Militia posted a recruiting video on YouTube, billed as a "wake-up call" for America. It’s been viewed more than 60,000 times.
"Things are bad, things are real bad, and it’s going to be a lot worse," said the man on the video, who did not give his name. "Our country is in peril."
The man is holding an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, and he encourages viewers to buy one.
