This is the genius in Congress that conned the American public about being Pro-life. Then he voted to fund abortion. He is also the person who single handily allowed Obamacare to pass after leading his so-called “Stupak 11” on a bribery binge in trading votes for grants, earmarks and favors. Disgusting!
You shouldn’t be surprised when I tell you that after Stupak voted for Obamacare he spent the rest of the night in the bar with his Congressional buddies, drinking and patting themselves on the back.

Bart the “traitor” Stupak is going to be the first Congress member that American Grand Jury will Indict. Our “Indict the Congress” campaign is officially underway. We plan to use the American Grand Jury Spring Tour to kick-start the campaign.
People need to climb onboard with this campaign. We are going to conduct “National Online” Grand Juries as well as endorse our Grand Jury Indictments within the States themselves. Stupak’s actions were criminal. He voted “yes” on Unconstitutional legislation while at the same time exchanging bribes for votes.

I talked to Dr. Manning on Thursday for about 45 minutes. He was in good spirits although tired. He made the trip to Washington DC to rally with the Patriots protesting the healthcare bill. Welcome to the Obama economy: Florida unemployment hit record 12.2 percent in February

February unemployment rate in Florida is highest since 1970
Florida’s unemployment hit 12.2 percent in February, the highest rate on record, soaring past even the rates recorded in the 1973-1975 recession, the state work force agency said Friday.
February’s rate rose a 0.2 percentage point from the January revised rate of 12 percent. More than 1.26 million people are out of work in the state.
In South Florida, the unemployment rate remained nearly level in February with a month earlier, with Broward County at 10.8 percent compared with a revised 10.9 percent for January; Palm Beach County at 12.4 percent compared with a revised 12.5 percent; and Miami-Dade County at 11.2 percent, up from a revised 11.0 percent in January.
Unemployment in all three counties is still up significantly from the same month a year earlier, when the rates ranged from 8.0 percent to 8.3 percent.
Florida’s unemployment is now near the peak of 12.3 percent forecast for midsummer, according to Florida’s Economic Estimating Conference, a group of state labor experts. The comparable national unemployment rate is 9.7 percent for February.
Florida’s total nonagricultural employment in February 2010 is 7,173,200.

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some interesting facts concerning last November’s Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Obama: 13.2 McCain: 2.1
Professor Olson adds: “In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.
Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare…”
Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the “complacency and apathy” phase of Professor Tyler’s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation’s population already having reached the “governmental dependency” phase.

The American Revolution was no different than the scenero above. You had the elites (loyal to the King) running the show. The freeloaders or elite wannabes sitting on the fence and then there were the Patriots that risked it all for freedom. Who won the war? You’re damn right! It was the Patriot that believed in freedom that founded a Nation.

I called the TX AG the other day and I also wrote to my AG. I got an email from John Boehner last night asking for money for his re-election. I wrote him this letter this morning:
Mr. Boehner,
There won’t be ANY re-elections if the gutless Congress doesn’t stand up and honor their oath to the constitution and demand Kenya Boy’s vital papers!!!!!!!!! We are just a few weeks away from Amnesty for illegal aliens. I know very well that every single member of Congress got the Presentments from the American Grand Jury last summer. Every single one of you know he is a usurper. The whole world knows he is a usurper and yet all of you continue this charade!!! It makes me sick!
It’s going to be up to the citizens of this country to save America. All of the Republicans will be voted out! Even the good ones…Bachmann, Pence, DeMint and You too. That’s if we’re still standing. I have given money to Orly Taitz, and other patriots who are working feverishly to bring justice. I will never give money to the Republican Party. You have a lot of nerve asking the American people for money to impeach “Nazi Peloser”. Why don’t you just DO IT!!!!!!!
I am heartbroken for my country. I have been fighting this for so long and I am so tired and so angry at all of you. I will NEVER give up. We are on the brink of a civil war. I am so disgusted with the government. You are all such cowards. Stop aiding and abetting treason and STAND UP!!!!!!

Social Security to See Payout Exceed Pay-In This Year

Note: of course the Liberals love spreading bad news!The bursting of the real estate bubble and the ensuing recession have hurt jobs, home prices and now Social Security.
This year, the system will pay out more in benefits than it receives in payroll taxes, an important threshold it was not expected to cross until at least 2016, according to the Congressional Budget Office.
Stephen C. Goss, chief actuary of the Social Security Administration, said that while the Congressional projection would probably be borne out, the change would have no effect on benefits in 2010 and retirees would keep receiving their checks as usual.
The problem, he said, is that payments have risen more than expected during the downturn, because jobs disappeared and people applied for benefits sooner than they had planned. At the same time, the program’s revenue has fallen sharply, because there are fewer paychecks to tax.
Analysts have long tried to predict the year when Social Security would pay out more than it took in because they view it as a tipping point — the first step of a long, slow march to insolvency, unless Congress strengthens the program’s finances.

This was predictable. The communists running the country don’t care. They are busy passing MORE and MORE spending bills the taxpayers can’t pay for. The government started many years ago plundering the Social Security Fund. Remember, the Congress members all have excellent retirement benefits. They are not worried if they screw the public. They will make sure they receive their entitlements first and foremost.
Welcome to the Obama economy. We have got to get this lying BUM out of office. Which State Attorney General is going to take Obama and Nancy Pelosi to court first to overturn the election? Obama was never vetted with the Electoral College or States as a eligible “natural born” citizen. This is the fastest way to get him out of office. Wake up Judiciary!
As far as the communists in Congress, the November election cannot come fast enough!

On September 21, 2009 I sent via email a MEMORANDUM of COMPLAINT of ELECTION FRAUD against THE HONORABLE NANCY PELOSI, ACTING in a NON-GOVERNMENTAL ROLE as CHAIR, 2008 DNC SERVICES CORPORATION (“DNC”) CONVENTION: and ALICE TRAVIS GERMOND, SECRETARY, DNC; and REQUEST for INVESTIGATION by VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL to the attention of the Attorney General. The following day, September 22, 2009, I hand delivered copies of the COMPLAINT to the Attorney Generals office.
On October 9, 2009, I offered public testimony to the State Board of Elections detailing the primary legal points made in that Memorandum of Complaint.
Congress passed the unconstitutional healthcare bill yesterday, March 21, 2010. Following the vote, jbjd, the author of the ELECTION FRAUD COMPLAINT, learned that you intended to file suit on the grounds the healthcare bill violated the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Knowing I had filed a Complaint of Election Fraud here in Virginia, she contacted me. Has there been any action on that Complaint you filed? NO!

As announced at the beginning of this week, American Grand Jury will be involved between now and the November election in a campaign to criminally indict as many Democrats as possible who voted for Obamacare. We will demonstrate to the public that convening a Grand Jury, indicting a corrupt politician and serving the Presentments is not that difficult.
I have been working on a web-site all week to help get the message out about our “Indict the Congress” campaign. Amish, Muslims to be excused from Obamacare mandate?

The Senate health care bill just signed contains some exemptions to the “pay-or-play” mandate requiring purchase of Obamacare-approved health insurance or payment of a penalty fine. As Fox News has pointed out, for instance, the Amish are excused from the mandate:
So while most Americans would be required to sign up with insurance companies or government insurance plans, the church would serve as something of an informal insurance plan for the Amish.
Law experts say that kind of exemption withstands scrutiny.
“Here the statute is going to say that people who are conscientiously opposed to paying for health insurance don’t have to do it where the conscientious objection arises from religion,” said Mark Tushnet a Harvard law professor. “And that’s perfectly constitutional.”
Apparently, this exemption will apply similarly to believers in Islam, which considers health insurance – and, for that matter, any form of risk insurance – to be haraam (forbidden).
Steve Gilbert of Sweetness & Light calls our attention to the probability that Muslims will also be expempt. According to a March 23 publication on an authoritative Islamic Web site managed by Sheikh Muhammed Salih Al-Munajjid, various fatwas (religious decrees) absolutely forbid Muslim participation in any sort of health care or other risk insurance:
Health insurance is haraam like other types of commercial insurance, because it is based on ambiguity, gambling and riba (usury). This is what is stated in fatwas by the senior scholars.
In Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/277) there is a quotation of a statement of the Council of Senior Scholars concerning the prohibition on insurance and why it is haraam:
It says in Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah (15/251):
Firstly: Commercial insurance of all types is haraam because it involves ambiguity, riba, uncertainty, gambling and consuming people’s wealth unlawfully, and other shar’i
Secondly: It is not permissible for the Muslim to get involved with insurance companies by working in administration or otherwise, because working in them comes under the heading of cooperating in sin and transgression, and Allaah forbids that as He says: “but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is Severe in punishment”
[al-Maa'idah 5:2]. End quote.
So, it turns out that observant Muslims are not only strictly forbidden from buying any health insurance under the ObamaCare mandate, but may also not even work for any company that provides such insurance or any other form of commercial insurance.
It is not made clear whether or not it is religiously okay to accept “free” non-insured medical care such as that offered in hospital ERs and to some who are covered by Medicaid.
Whether it’s all right to serve as a doctor, nurse, or orderly caring for patients whose medical services are being paid for by insurance is not covered in the present response – but one could probably obtain a religious ruling from the Sheikh, whose site welcomes the submission of questions about Islamic law and practices.
